- Fire of Darkness (闇のファイア?) - One of the attacks Demon Chimaira can use. To summon it, she calls "Come to me, Fire of Darkness!" and a circle of purple fire appears around her. She then is able to shoot it at the enemy as a whole or as many small fire balls.
Etymology[]
- Demon Chimaira (マツカイキマイラ?) - Demon (マツカイ?) comes from Ma (魔?) which means "devil" or "evil spirit", combined with Tsukai (使い?) which could either mean "(to) use)" or "user". All in all, "Matsukai" is an obvisous reference to the girl's actual name, which is Angel (ミツカイ Mitsukai?). Meanwhile, Chimaria is the Greek name of a Chimera, a monstrous fire-breathing hybrid creature of Lycia in Asia Minor, composed of the parts of more than one animal.[1] Chimaera, also known as Chimaira is the name of a place in ancient Lycia, notable for constantly burning fires.[2]
