Hyojo Akihiro「氷上大畠」is a minor character of the Beautiful Witches Seasons, who made her first debut in Beautiful Witches Of Earth, the first season of the next gen series.
Hyojo Akihiro is Hyojo Shieru's father.

Hyojo Akihiro is the father of Hyojo Shieru and Hyojo Rin. Akihiro works as an office clerk for a known Japanese company, which is located somewhere in downtown Hisakata. He appears to be a kind and generous person, who is, however, usually very busy at work. Whenever he's at home, he's most likely sleeping. Due to his tight work schedule, Akihiro hardly has got time to spend with his family.

Hyojo (氷上?) - Hyojo comes from Hyo (氷?) meaning "ice", combined with Jo (上?) meaning "on" or "above". Hyojo can be translated as "on ice" or "above ice".
Akihiro (大畠?) - Akihiro is a Japanese given name for males, which can be translated as "large glory".[1]
